This could be cause by the LED cable getting unplugged while handling the unit.

You can remedy this as follow:

1.     Unplug the unit from its power source

2.     Using a paperclip or equivalent, apply pressure on the back of the LED connector to reseat it properly


3.     Power the unit back up and verify all colors are working correctly by playing the following test video from the iPad:
magtarget.com/test
